What to do if your print is damaged?

Of course, I hope that all prints arrive safely and soundly to my customers. But it can of course always happen that they are damaged during transport.

 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your print, please send me a photo of the damage to hello@heartmade-prints.com . I will contact you immediately and we will find a solution to the problem.

If your print is actually damaged or has a printing error, it will of course be replaced.

 

No reasons for complaint are:

 

  • You don't like the motif - Before you buy, you have the opportunity to get a comprehensive picture of the motifs to make sure that you really like the picture.
  • The print rolls up - After transport in the roll, your print will roll up a little. This is completely normal and not a reason for complaint. Please weigh it down carefully with a few books or magazines and it will be nice and smooth again in no time.
  • You have scratched the print - the surface of the prints is quite sensitive due to the beautiful matte look. Please use gloves when you take the print out of the roll to avoid scratches. The sensitive surface is not a reason for complaint.
